Terms of Service

These Terms govern all corporate gifting services provided by Lartisanova ("we", "our") to clients ("you"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

• Each collection carries a published minimum order quantity (MOQ).
• The Creative Experience is custom‑quoted based on scope and objectives.

• Prices shown on the site are indicative "from" rates. Final quotations follow a confirmed brief and artwork approval.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 50% advance is required; the balance is due on delivery.
• Accepted methods: cash, bank transfer, Juice platform. Cheques are not accepted.

• Standard lead time is 7–14 days from design approval and payment receipt.
• Rush and priority services are available at additional cost and subject to capacity.
• Delivery is Mauritius‑wide with tracking and secure handling. Risk passes on delivery.

• Enhancements such as engraving, premium packaging, custom inserts, and priority crafting are available and priced per our published ranges.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of logos, names, and artwork provided. We may charge for rework caused by inaccurate inputs.

• Standard tiers include REI Standard reporting; Prestige and Creative include REI Platinum, as described on our site.
• Reports are proprietary and confidential; redistribution or publication without our written consent is prohibited.

• Orders canceled after design approval may incur charges for work performed and materials procured.
• On‑time delivery is our commitment. If we miss a confirmed date due solely to our fault, we will refund delivery fees; other remedies are at our discretion.

• We are not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions).
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order.

To preserve quality and certainty, Lartisanova partners with a limited number of companies at a time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
